WHOLESALE ONLY
All merchandise in the Equisupplies LLC catalog is for sale to authorized dealers only and shipments will be made at our discretion. All new accounts must be approved by the company before shipment. Possession of this catalog in and by itself does not constitute an authorization or willingness to ship as an approved dealer.

TERMS OF SALE
Net 30 days. A service charge of 1.5% per month (18% annually) will be added to all past due accounts. If account goes over 90 days, we reserve the right to send to collection agency.

PRICES
All prices are subject to change without prior notice and are the prices prevailing at the time of shipment. Equisupplies, LLC requires customers to price all current EOUS products at no less than 10% below MSRP. Equisupplies, LLC has the right to revoke dealership from any customer that does not adhere to this policy. Special arrangements must be agreed upon by Equisupplies, LLC

DROP SHIPMENTS
Drop shipments can be arranged at the discretion of Equisupplies, LLC. Due to popularity of EOUS products and an increase in our labor costs we are compelled to add a $5.00 drop ship fee to all drop ship orders.

BACK ORDERS
All orders will be shipped as promptly and complete as possible. However, you will be notified on your original invoice of those items back ordered. All back orders will be shipped as soon as possible.

CLAIMS
A claim for shortages in your shipment must be made within ten (10) days after receipt of merchandise. It is the responsibility of the receiver to make the claim for merchandise damaged or lost in shipment and must be done within 48 hours.

DEFECTIVE MERCHANDISE
Equisupplies, LLC reserves the right to either repair or replace a defective item upon inspection at our manufacturing facilities. If you are not sure whether a product is defective, please call Equisupplies and we will help you or have you send the product in for evaluation.

RETURNS/EXCHANGE POLICY
To receive money back from your return item it must be submitted 30 days form the date of purchase. After 30 days we will still accept your return but you will be issued a credit towards any EOUS product. All items being returned must in New condition and include the tags and original packaging.

WARRANTY POLICY
At EOUS we take pride in our design and quality standards and stand behind all of our products by offering you 1 year warranty form manufacturer defects in workmanship and materials. In the unlikely event that you have a problem with your EOUS product, we will exchange it for you at no cost. With our hassle free return program you can be confident that we will stand behind our product. Items destroyed by horse or human abuse, not product failure, are not covered. Please see below for more details.

RESTOCKING FEE
There is a 25% restocking fee for returned items that are being returned for reasons other than damaged or mis-shipped items. These items MUST be returned with tags and be in their original bags or they will not be accepted. All shipping fees will be at customer's expense.
